What does a HR Healthcheck involve?

Information Gathering

A meeting with someone in your organisation with responsibility for HR, who considers a series of questions covering a range of HR areas.

Report

A risk based report focusing on key findings and recommendations.

Conclusion

A follow-up meeting to discuss the findings and agree action. Either choose to implement yourself or use Circle HR support for some or all.
