Circle HR can provide a qualified coach to deliver performance coaching for managers and staff. This may be an individual session or part of a coaching programme. Coaching is a very powerful tool and can be used in a variety of situations to support managers to improve both personal and team performance.
Individual Coaching Conversations
This usually takes the form of a 50-minute session where a Circle HR qualified coach will work with you or a member of your team to provide a safe space to focus on an agreed goal. This may relate to a specific issue or area for development and whilst personal factors may be included, the emphasis is usually on improving or maximising performance at work.
The coach will use a variety of coaching models and tools, appropriate to the agreed goals.
1:1 Coaching Programmes
A coaching programme usually consists of between 3-6 coaching sessions. Goals for the programme will be agreed at the first session and will be reviewed as the programme progresses. For example, a coaching programme may be used for a new manager to focus on the development of their leadership and management skills.
