With over 30 years’ experience of working in People Management, Sharon is passionate about finding the right solution for each client’s needs and is often praised for her pragmatic and approachable style.
She spent the first half of her career in HR Management with Marks & Spencer, before working as a senior HR leader for a range of sectors, latterly in the Education Sector (Special Education and Higher Education). Since 2015, trading under the name of Circle HR, she has also provided a range of HR Consultancy Services to SME’s within the private and not-for-profit sectors.
Sharon is a qualified mediator and coach and has held voluntary positions with West Surrey Mediation Services and the North Surrey and Hants Branch of the CIPD.
With over 30 years experience in HR management and people strategy, Katherine specialises in developing people-centered solutions that drive organisational success. Her career began as a Marks & Spencer management trainee, where she spent 14 years, progressing on to work support and advise many organisations of all sizes, using her expertise to support their businesses through change and growth. Her recent leadership roles have included executive HR director positions in the not-for-profit sector, including with the Alzheimer’s Society.
Katherine has led the development of people strategies and is highly experienced in managing complex employee relations and guiding organisations through challenging situations. Katherine has a personable and informal style of working, always aiming to fully understand the client and their unique needs. Katherine is a qualified coach (CMI Level 7) and acts as Trustee for a local charity in Surrey.
