We are flexible with our services to ensure that you get the right support when you need it in order to achieve the best possible results. Depending on your specific needs and budget, we offer our services on a pay as you go or project basis.
HR Healthcheck
We work with you to review your current HR documentation, processes and procedures, provide you with a risk assessed report highlighting any areas for immediate attention and support you in making any required changes through the delivery of an HR Action Plan.
Consultancy
We provide tailored consultancy services to meet your needs and budget. One of our consultants will meet with you to agree the scope of the work and the number of hours or days required.
Workplace Investigations
A Circle HR Consultant can undertake the role of independent investigator in disciplinary, capability or grievance cases. From agreeing the scope of the investigation, conducting interviews through to presentation of an investigation report. Alternatively we can provide support to managers conducting internal investigations.
Coaching
Circle HR can provide a qualified coach to deliver performance coaching for managers and staff. This may be an individual session or part of a coaching programme.
